Kester Black
Kester Black is a ‘good-weird’ ethical beauty brand with a serious conscious.
If in the school room it would be taking out the high achiever award week after week.
Founder Anna Ross started Kester Black with just $50 in her pocket in 2009 to then being named Telstra’s Business Woman of the Year in 2016. Today Anna and Kester Black is known for its commitment to creating ethical change in the beauty industry.
It’s smashing sustainability goals. Launching cleaner formulas. Entering new beauty categories and taking out awards all over the place.
lumá and Kester Black
Kester Black was born in Australia but when Anna Ross moved back to New Zealand in 2020 the brand headquarters moved with her, and it had been a little while since the brand has been in touch with Australian media.
In 2021 Kester Black has a lot to talk about and it was time to get the brand top of mind with Aussie beauty media and on the hands, lips and eyes of clean beauty-loving Australians.
